How it works
- Total = Bar mass + Combined collar mass + 2×Σ(Mass of one plate × Plates on each side); BigInt; ≤100000 n
- Worked example: 20 kg + 2×(20 kg×2) = 100 kg; 2 × 20 kg Plates on each side
- Supported input limits: Target mass: 0 ≤ x ≤ 1000000000000; Bar mass: 0 ≤ x ≤ 1000000000000; Combined collar mass: 0 ≤ x ≤ 1000000000000; Entries: 1–50
Assumptions and limitations
Plate loading uses symmetric pairs, minimizes plate count, then retains the first arrangement in heavy-to-light inventory order; at most 100000 states, 250000 search expansions and six decimal mass places are supported. Ties between lower and upper totals choose the lower.
