How it works
- Full age (만 나이): Completed years
- Calendar age (연 나이) = Age on this date (Year) − Date of birth (Year)
- Traditional counting age (세는 나이) = Calendar age (연 나이) + 1
Assumptions and limitations
Civil dates use the proleptic Gregorian calendar, years 1–9999. Whole years use anniversaries, then up to 11 completed months and remaining days; month ends are clamped. A February 29 birthday in a non-leap year uses your selected February 28 or March 1 convention. Dates stay in your browser.
