How it works
- Completed years → Additional months → Remaining days → Remaining hours → Remaining minutes → Remaining seconds
- Whole weeks = floor(Total days ÷ 7)
- Chinese zodiac animal: Western signs use approximate conventional date ranges. Chinese animals use Lunar New Year, not January 1 or Spring Commences.
- Aquarius: 01-20–02-18; Pisces: 02-19–03-20; Aries: 03-21–04-19; Taurus: 04-20–05-20; Gemini: 05-21–06-20; Cancer: 06-21–07-22; Leo: 07-23–08-22; Virgo: 08-23–09-22; Libra: 09-23–10-22; Scorpio: 10-23–11-21; Sagittarius: 11-22–12-21; Capricorn: 12-22–01-19
- UTC is the default. Calendar age follows the birth timezone; elapsed seconds use actual instants and daylight-saving offsets. An anniversary in a clock gap shifts forward by the gap. Regional timezone rules come from your browser and can change.
- Use UTC for dates before 1900. Regional clock history is outside this tool’s scope.
Assumptions and limitations
Civil dates use the proleptic Gregorian calendar, years 1–9999. Whole years use anniversaries, then up to 11 completed months and remaining days; month ends are clamped. A February 29 birthday in a non-leap year uses your selected February 28 or March 1 convention. Dates stay in your browser.
