How it works
- Required pieces = ceil(Area ÷ (Tile or paver length × Tile or paver width) × (1+Waste or settling allowance (%)/100)); Whole packs = ceil(Required pieces/Pieces per pack)
- Worked example: ceil(10 ÷ (0.5 × 0.5) × 1.1) = 44; ceil(44/8) = 6 Whole packs
