How it works

  • Choose the content type and fill in the required fields. The preview updates automatically as you edit. Export the same symbol as PNG or SVG, retaining its quiet zone. EAN and UPC accept the body digits or a complete number with a valid check digit.
  • The symbol keeps a quiet zone of at least four modules. A logo covers a small central area and forces error correction H. A dark foreground and light background with a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 are required as a conservative design guard, not a guarantee of scanning. Frames and text are drawn outside the quiet zone. The same composed artwork is used for PNG and SVG.

Assumptions and limitations

Generation happens in this browser. Contents are not sent to a generation service or analytics and are not saved. Codes contain fixed data; changing a destination requires a new code. Scan-test the final printed size. Retail barcode numbers must already belong to your products; this tool does not register identifiers.
